The Process

plan & prep
I’ll get in touch once your submit your inquiry and if we decide we’re a fit, we’ll book your build time slot and I’ll set you up with your Client Portal. Inside, you’ll find everything you need to help you prepare your website content. I’ll be there to guide you and answer any questions you may have!

the build
I’ll get busy designing while you relax or work on the parts of your biz you enjoy! I’ll be in close touch throughout the build to make sure you have plenty of opportunities to see the progress and request revisions. Any edits you request will be completed promptly and then we’ll move to the next phase!

launch & handoff
Once your build is finished and your requested revisions are completed, I’ll connect your domain to your new site and we’ll hit the launch button! Yay! I’ll transfer site ownership over to you and deliver any final files. You’ll also receive training videos on how to use your new website and maintain it.

ongoing support
You’ll have lifetime access to the video trainings to help you update and maintain your new site, as well as additional support via email for 10 days post-handoff. You can feel free to ask any questions about your new site during that period! After that, you can always book me at my hourly rate.

Yes, at this time I work exclusively in Squarespace. If you currently have a website you’d like redesigned and it’s not in Squarespace, we can still work together if you don’t mind moving!

This is such a valid question! I’ve worked really hard and invested a lot of time to create a streamlined process that allows me to build websites very quickly. Combine that process with a full day of almost no breaks, lots of coffee, and a little ADHD hyperfocus magic, and - presto - a website in a day!

At this time, I’m only offering demi-branding as part of my web design packages. I know some AMAZING brand & graphic designers though, so reach out if you’d like a referral!

Images: You’ll need to provide the images for your website including brand photos, bio photos, and stock photos. If you need help curating stock photos for your website, let me know and we can add this service on to your package.
Copy: You’ll need to provide all the copywriting, or words, for your website. Once you book, I’ll give you a workbook of prompts to help you write your own copy, or you may choose to hire a copywriter instead. Do note that if you’ve never written website copy before, it takes some time! Keep this in mind when booking your build date.
Policies: You’ll need to provide an legal policies for your website, such as a Privacy Policy and, if applicable, Terms and Conditions, and Disclaimer. You can learn more about legal requirements for websites from my free resource:

Amazing! I’ll be happy to use your current branding on your new website. I’ll just need to have your brand guidelines, logo files, font files, and any other brand elements before your build begins.

If you have a site already, whether or not it’s on Squarespace, and you’d like a redesign, I can do that for you! If you have a site that’s not on Squarespace, however, you’ll have to be okay with switching to a new platform, because I work exclusively with Squarespace at this time.
